The process of scoping includes analyzing the main issues and requirements of a future project, deciding on the key steps of product development, and predicting future evolution.
By Epics we understand large projects that entail lots of people over a long period of time, while stories are those mini-projects that need to be completed within an Epic. But to complete a story we need the day-to-day actions – tasks. Putting all the Epic, Stories and Tasks together allows us to organize our work and deliver a valuable product.
Finally, we start the development itself. The process includes planning, organizing, and coordinating our resources to achieve the final goal and deliver the product on-time.
Testing consists of a whole group of activities designated to examine and measure the progress of a given project, provide you with more details about its performance and check the overall quality of the project. Everything to make sure the result is better than you expect.
This is when the product is ready to be used in a real environment by all end users of the product. Here we make sure to prevent unforeseen situations or delays. Furthermore, we are always open for corrections and provide further support.
